How long before I receive my goods?

For regular postage, allow 3-4 working days from the time your order is shipped. For express postage, allow 1-2 working days from your order's shipping date.

Where do you ship to and what is the cost?

We would love for everyone to be able to have the opportunity to purchase our products! Currently, we only ship within Australia using Australia Post. Prices are calculated for you at checkout based on weight. The standard cost for shipping is $8.00 (up to 500g) to $14.00 (up to 3kgs). We use registered mail and provide you with a tracking number. Express postage is also available at checkout. We soon hope to expand our brand overseas—show us your interest and email us with your request or sign up to our newsletter.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Our returns policy for within Australia is 14 days. We issue refunds to unworn, unwashed garments returned within their original condition with all tags and labels attached. All information on returns is found on your returns slip, which you will receive with your goods. Upon returning, complete the form, attach it with your goods and mail to our address on your label. Items are returned at your own cost. We do not offer exchanges. To change an item, you will need to return the item to be issued with a refund and place a new order.

Lost parcel?

Although we aim to deliver your goods to you as soon as possible, unfortunately on the rare occasion, items can be misplaced during transportation. Please ensure your address details are entered correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for the wrong address provided. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the property of Australia Post. If you have not received your goods within the time noted (excluding public holidays) and have not been contacted by our team, please send an email to info@hunterandchase.com.au to let us know so we can go all Sherlock Holmes on that stuff.

What happens if I have received a faulty product?

All of our clothing and items are quality controlled and thoroughly checked to ensure they are of the highest standard before they leave our warehouse. If you believe you have received an item that is faulty email us as soon as possible with an outlined description and photos of the item you have received.

Do you restock items?

Most of our items are ordered in small quantities and it is unlikely we restock items once sold out. However, with enough demand, we may be able to restock certain styles—contact us to find out more. We do advise to purchase your favourites when available as we do change and modify our styles seasonally.

What's your return policy on earrings and sale items?

There is a hygiene policy regulation on personal items such as earrings. We will not offer an exchange or refund on earrings purchased. Discounted items on sale also have a no returns policy.

How can I keep track of new stock?

The best way to know if a product will be restocked or when new items will be arriving, is to sign up to our newsletter. Our VIP customers get first picks at new season items and special offers. If you haven't already signed up, you can do so on the home page of our website.

How do I know my size?

We generally cater for women from sizes X-Small – Large. Each style is different so its best to take note of the product description in fit type in the products page. Generally an XS would be equivalent to an Aussie size 6-8, Small 8-10, Medium 10-12, Large 12-14 unless otherwise specified.

How do I take care of my garments?

Our garments are made from natural fabrics that feel good on your skin and are easy to wash. We suggest washing your garments with similar colours and hanging them in the shade to dry. Please follow the instructions on the care label as each item is different.

Where are our products made?

Our styles are designed in Australia and cotton fabrics are sourced from Bali. Our t-shirts are hand-made with love by clothing specialists we have personally sourced.

What makes us different?

We take pride in our brand and provide you with a personalised touch, everything has been personally thought through with quality in mind. We pay attention to the details and ensure your items arrive individually boxed and hand-wrapped. We believe in quality over quantity, having less, but better. We do consider the environment therefore have a plastic-free postage system.
